Recent Pratt graduate Zach Meyer is a featured artist in today’s issue of Juxtapose. Specializing in all things illustration, Zach Meyer is known for his high contrast portraiture for editorial pieces, deeply intricate scenes that appear to be renderings of compositions out of a movie, and of course ‘Cheap Theatrics’- like the name of this piece. Zach lives and works in Brooklyn, NY and created this drawing using acrylic and ink on paper.
Zach and his skateboard spent two years studying with us in Utica where he could be found working hard in the ComD lab. I knew his attention to detail and professional ambition would take him far. Congratulations Zach, I’m sure we will be seeing a lot more of your work.
